Shipping
Domestic (United States):
Your order will ship within 1-4 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. If you haven’t received your order after two weeks, please email me at jelliottjewelry@gmail.com and I’ll follow up.

International:
Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-4 business days, shipping usually takes between 12-31 days. Due to the nature of international shipping, your order can be delayed weeks beyond the estimated delivery date. Any import/duty fees are to be covered by the customer. If you have any problems, please email me  at jelliottjewelry@gmail.com and I’ll follow up.

France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Sweden, United States

Exchanges/Refunds
I am committed to ensuring my customers are satisfied with their purchases. I understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit or meet your expectations. In such cases, I do not offer refunds, but offer an exchange policy to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

1. Exchange Timeframe: I accept exchanges for items shipped within 1 week of delivery. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

2. Requesting a Return Label: To initiate an exchange, please email me at jelliottjewelry@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request" and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. I will respond with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Label Invoice: Upon receiving your exchange request, I will send you an invoice for the return label. The cost of the return shipping will be borne by the customer. Please make the payment for the invoice promptly to avoid delays in processing your exchange.

4. Availability of Desired Size: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size in our inventory. If the desired size is unavailable, I will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the item being exchanged. This store credit can be used for future purchases on my website.
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions specified in the exchange policy.

Product Defect Warranty
I stand by the quality of my products. If you find a defect in the material or workmanship of a product you purchased, I will replace it free of charge! This warranty covers defects not caused by impact, scratches, gouges, or irregular use. Regular wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. To make a claim, simply contact me with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
